CRACKLE LOOK – the 2-coat effect paint offers unique possibilities for design and makes a trendy vintage
look. The first step is a painting on acrylic or nitro combi base. You can use DUPLI-COLOR spray paints. The second step is the Crackle Look. With the application of this coat, the process of “crackling” starts and forms an unique effect. It is suitable for many objects, even for acrylic paintings, for painted wood, metal and works of art.

Characteristics

High-grade special lacquer
Makes a special structure looking like cracks on the surface
Very good coverage
Excellent adhesion
Suitable to paint and decorate objects for inside and outside use
Has to be painted on 1K acrylic or nitro-combi lacquers. Do not use on synthetic lacquers
Suitable for smooth and solid surfaces - not suitable for textiles or absorbent grounds
Works also on acrylic colours on water-base.
Can be over-coated with a 1K Acrylic clear lacquer or with the DUPLI-COLOR 2K Super Clear Coat

Usage instructions

The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease.
Remove the red secure ring with a screwdriver.
Shake the can firmly for approx. 2 - 3 minutes before use.
Test spray and check paint compatibility on an inconspicuous area. Mask off surfaces not to be painted.
Keep a spraying distance of 25-30 cm.
Paint in a cross-coat pattern
